Over the past few weeks, I have had a few computer builds and requests for AMD versus Intel.
User benchmakrs ratings. Take a look at the 3700X and 3800X in comparison as well to the 3950X, refer to userbench results:

On an important note, the Nvidia 2080Ti vs the 2080S (super) has some interesting benchmarks to compare as well. The 2080S might be a good deal in comparison of price to performance. The Ti will usually always turn heads yet the S saves you some money as well.
