Moving into 2020-2021 financials and fiscal years from July to June, you will find business decisions for business platforms to get changing directions.
The move from Microsoft to Linux is now making a 2-3% come back from where it was 5 years ago. Office 365 is now poison pill for businesses that have not made the professional development training planning to switch away from paid programs and switch to open source. They should. It's not that hard.
If you do the survey, do the math, and do the plan, you will be pleasantly surprised to see how fast and easy it is to do. Does the professional development cost and planning and savings exceed the cost of the licensing? In many cases, yes. The value gained is multi-fold.

2. combine with existing or non-existent ... professional development ROI plan
3. be or find the leader of the plan and the content design
4. show the financial gain and long term strenght improvements in the company and people.
5. execute the plan...
Monitor the plan as it gets going and don't be afraid to change the plan, stop bad actors, add key assets, change gears, slow down a bit, speed things up, monitor progress, measure morale, stay focused, keep the report financially driven for both internal and external exposure.
