If you run an MSP, non-MSP, small shop or otherwise, you must have remote support tools.
For us, we use Teamviewer, a german based corporate solution. It works. Its fast. Its affordable.
In the past, we used TightVNC, CrossLoop, RDP, pcAnywhere32, etc.
whatever your business model, have secured remote support on standby and available.
