2. itx mobo quad core - $100-110

3. 2x4GB DDR3L 204 pin 1333 , or just get the 8GB chip for less - $50-60

4. 250gb crucial bx500 ssd $40-50

5. operating system of choice... Linux Mint or windows 10 home - 64 bit -

Both operating systems are $FREE
