As if working remotely was an adjustment and negative shift for day-to-day operations, now Microsoft has a new problem - working from home.
Thank goodness some of my clients using NetSuite and processing credit cards within it got off VPN networks because of PCI DSS compliance issues with not having a VPN signed certificate for their whole company, let alone not having their VOIP circuits on a separate IP than their data traffic.
Those working from home with Teams, Office 365, etc and it fails to connect is a problem.
