Remote support - Teamviewer versus others

I have had about 500+ requests for Teamviewer support in the past week Not too bad for the crisis we are in.
So what do you do? Teamviewer free or paid? It depends on your company. I have a few that use GoToMyPC and others who use other variants.
For me, my license is business level since 2013. TeamViewer tried to screw me a few times on my version 8 license, since 2017, and now since 2019, I am into an affordable version 15+ platform and subscription.
If you have the means, even short term, use TeamViewer personal though the free should work temporarily.
