With regards to the COVID-19 outbreak, Mountain Computers has been doing 50% of our business remotely for nearly 7 years, and due to industry market changes, we have reduced our retail and face-to-face services in 2012 from 10-20 clients per day to the year 2017 as 5 to 0 per day. Since 2017, we have had nearly < 1% foot traffic per day.

In the last few months our walk in traffic was 1-2 people per day and in that vein, referrals only. New clients nil. Businesses 100% for both onsite and remote support. Our business model changed back in 2014 and continues through today.

We thank you for your continued use of our services both for the decades of support and service we have provided.

more to come...

FYI we use paypal or patreon, patreon has 3x the transaction fees, so we don't, not yet.
