XFCE versus MATE in Linux Mint 19.3

For the last month, I have had the opportunity to get Linux Mint under control and my hands wrapped around it for all my work. I still have my Windows 10 Pro online and remotely accessible yet hardly used anymore except to update, compile and release Go Green PC TuneUp.
I have used MATE on my desktop and now trying XFCE.
Let's see what happens. The benchmark testing is rather interesting in comparison.
