MySQL installed on Linux Mint 19.3 and configured and load english dictionary

So, this was not as easy as it should have been.
1. download and install mysql
2. change root password
3. download and install mysql workbench
4. download and execute englishdictionary.sql file
5. review results... should have been easy, yes? nope.
