32GB DDR4 in your computer, Achieving motherboard MAX RAM issues

In the past few weeks, and now looking back over the last 3 years, I have always wanted to buy 32GB DDR3 or DDR4 ram to achieve max ram of the motherboard and processor at 128GB.

So, with the latest AMD AM4 processors (2700x, 3950x), and motherboards like the B450, X570, etc... the max ram is 128GB, yet the availability of 32GB DDR4 2400 through 3200 is scant.

I see a lot of  2 x 8GB and 2 x 4GB and some 2 x 16GB but nothing like 2 x 32GB or 4 x 32GB that is CPU and Motherboard compatible. Believe me, I spent the last week looking at board compatibility specifications of RAM to CPU and then inventory availability at Newegg versus their marketplace suppliers, and its just scant at best.

Newegg does great for 99% of the 8 to 16 GB memory selections and offerings, yet I keep wanting to get past the 4 slot x 8GB to 32GB RAM of a motherboard that can handle 64GB or 128GB. Supply and demand, I get it, and affordability, yet cell phones are just crazy cheap now and RAM is now cheaper in DDR4 than DDR3, let alone looking back at DDR2.

Regarding my latest AMD cpu purchase, the 2700x for example has max ram clock speed at 2933, so it would be best to just get 2666 or 3000? There is the question of RAM SPD versus Frequency Clock as well, and then CAS values less than 20 across the board on the first 3 segments, and less than 30 on the latter last position.

So, what do we do? I need the motherboard and RAM to be at best 50% maxed of 128GB so that means 2 x 32 and I don't like 1 x 32 cause I would prefer dual channel capabilities. Not worried about an APU GPU processor, just the CPU part.

I have found the G.Skill and/or Crucial Vengeance LPX at 32GB DDR4 to be mostly compatible with the 2700x and 3900 and 3950X and the MSI and ASUS boards, yet availability to scant as well.

Alas, I just want 64GB (2 x 32GB) DDR4 from 2400 to 3200 at an affordable price and continued availability in A2 B2 dual channel and be at 50% board capacity out the gate and on first POST.

We'll see if this quantum mechanics wish opens up the 32GB DDR4 single chip flood gates since RAM is so cheap now, and we should be achieving 100% board max RAM capacity anyhow for home desktop development needs for the right price, and continued availability to max it if we just get 1 32, 2 32, or 4 32 configuration DDR4 chip purchases for a 4 slot DDR4 motherboard with enough cooling and clearance to max it work and remain stable.
