ITX motherboard / cpu combos, are they disappearing

In the last 30-60-90 days, I have noticed ITX motherboard / cpu quad core combo boards disappearing from the market space.
What is great about ITX combo boards is the power in such a small space and low power.
Could the disappearance be a lack of demand? obsolescence? Who knows.
We have to stock up on them just to make sure we are covered for our business clients with lite desktop needs in small form factor shuttles.
The killer part of the deal is the DDR3 to DDR4 shift which is fine. 8GB or 16GB DDR3/L or DDR4/L is affordable still.
