yes and no. they should be done, and they should be published and they should be regularly done.
does your local city, county and state do IT audits like quarterly in a responsible manner?
who knows? do you care? yes!
let's find out from our local mayors, council members, and governors if they know what is going on or are they too busy with other things until they get hit with ransomware and find their IT teams were not in black belt shape to protect, serve and defend, and attack intruders.
