We have been using Teamviewer since 2013, paid licenses, and had to switch to subscription based in 2019.
Of all the technologies for remote support, I like this one the best.
The others are nice and one has to always go through a 3rd party, yet, TV14 as the latest is pretty fast and easy to use.
We used to love TightVNC and only remote to servers or dedicated jump and hop points in a company and that worked for 10 years, but now, we just have clients quick connect on the ready and that works great.
