Social media is great to a point. The perception of likes, posts, and following can be perceived right or wrong.

How do you keep your message and mission clear and on point? To follow or not to follow? to like or not to like?

Therefore, keep the message clear as possible, and if necessary, eliminate your social media footprint and reset yourself and start over.

For us, our on point message is about technology and people. We further align with vendors, suppliers and partners who have proven themselves as strong quality and strong engineering, strong support and overall strong warranties and guarantees; until such time that those do not align and we change our relationships.

So, manufacturers at the source are better to follow than assemblers of manufacturers parts.

For example, we would follow:

ASUS, MSI, AsRock, Gigabyte, HP*, etc...

Versus; Sony, Dell, Toshiba, HP*, Gateway, Acer, Compaq, Emachines, etc... though we do like their products and support their repair. There was a point in time where ASUS and MSI were not selling laptops and systems in the US to our knowledge and therefore, just a manufacturer of core components versus full systems.

We also would follow and support direct wholesale/resale suppliers of those items like:

NewEgg, Monoprice, SuppliesOutlet, Office Depot, Tiger Direct, Staples, etc..

*HP we believe does manufacturer its own parts in or use too, so we rule them out in part to follow. Of course HP laser printers were awesome; except no more in the past 15-20 years.

How do you keep your message and mission clear and on point? To follow or not to follow? to like or not to like?

more to come...
