Have you ever noticed how many shopping carts are in the parking lots of some grocery stores?

 

Have you noticed so many walk past those shopping carts and go inside and get another, then leave the one they get outside.

 

What if everyone who got out of their car near a shopping cart, would just take that shopping cart back inside with them, use it or not, and either leave it back where they got it for the next customer, or return it back inside as a courtesy.
