Office 365 vs 2019 Pro Plus, and System Upgrades - 300 systems

So, we are just wrapping up the plan and quote for Office 365 vs 2019 Professional Plus, and 300+ system upgrades; we did a quote 6 months ago on something a quarter the size and that went smooth. Now we have to plan a larger footprint and migration plan across 5 cities.
How long will that take? 10-15 systems per day, Office 2019 Professional Plus versus Office 365 installs, and data migration and backups, license activation, email migration, and OEM applications like Adobe Acrobat Pro XI and voila, we're done. Most of the OEM applications are server based, so we did not have that much to plan on and do.
As far as systems go:
HP Elite SFF or mid-tower ATX; Intel i7-8700k, 16GB DDR4 2400, 500GB SSD, onboard HDMI, DVI-D, SVGA, Display Port, et... Windows 10 Professional 64 bit, Office 2019 Professional Plus, about $850 each...got a deal from our International wholesaler...
300 systems across 5 departments, 5 cities, take one department at a time or those simultaneously that need system integration matching applications and communications.
So why the blog post?? to let people know, we can do that. a team of 5 per city and voila... done!
