Why am I not surprised that Microsoft just re-released what they call a living document on Windows 10 minimum hardware requirements.
I know why!! because their v1903 update takes 6-12 hours to install.. so your dual core i3 or Celeron or AMD Athlon x64 or 955 or A6 even Ryzen 3 will choke even while using their Windows Update Wizard Assistant which is the only want to get v1803 and v1903 on some systems in upgrade mode. Faster just to reload on that version.
read or can, because it is long and arduous -
spend the time and money on your new build and get an i5 or i7, or Ryzen 5 or 7 or higher. Don't waste your time on some knock off i3 Celeron on A6 or A8 anymore. Windows 7 loved those processors, but not anymore!!
