About 50% of our business client base uses some form of cloud backup, and the others have legacy backup tapes and drives and offsite storage/swap-out policies and procedures.
What I find interesting is the cloud providers like Carbonite who try to suggestion better pricing and support plans that really don't exist. They just want a conversation and try to learn more about your organizations infrastructure rather than just give you the pricing options and let you decide without revealing the network, systems, and application data architecture.
I find it intrusive they ask to many questions and as a gatekeeper to many organizations infrastructure, one has to be careful what is divulged.
Keep your infrastructure confidential and equally properly documented and up-to-date.
