Office 365 versus Office 2019

So what is everyone's take on Office 2019 versus Office 365?
Subscription based or Volume License Key based?
I prefer both depending on the situation.
For normal business, Office 365 if you have many offices sites and varieties of users.
For home, Office 365 mutli-device home accounts are nice.
For Ultra Business, Office 2019 Professional Plus, for heavy users and heavy application needs.
All can be centrally managed and maintained.
