VOIP systems and where to pick the right vendor

We are in the midst of vendor selections for VOIP choices;
what is your preference? We have about 6 to choose from for us and others. Ring Central we have used, Cisco, Avaya, and Vonage, the new one is Ooma and the ones we don't do are AT&T unless there is a really good reason.
1.Cisco

3. Ring Central
4. Vonage
5. Ooma
6. Charter
7. and a few others...
depending on the hardware, software, programming, and contract, there are many choices.
