Going over the board minutes of some local community groups, I get the greatest feeling when the secretary takes such good notes that convey board members and community insights that can be felt even months, years and decades past.
What is essential in board minutes is to state the facts, not embellish too much, and add some feeling nouns and verbs that help the reader understand the calamity and concern of decision making processes.
