If you have been around the ISP and network world for more than a few decades like me, the important and basic stuff like email DNS forward and reverse pointers have to be accurate if you host your own email server on your own static IP address on your own servers.
Regardless of the other security features for Email, forward and reverse pointers are essential for self hosted email.
The remainder of the security items like support for SSL/TLS, DKIM, SPF, DEMARC and other things can be ferreted out at
https://mxtoolbox.com/
Be sure to run the blacklist check, test email server for open relay check, and other MX Toolbox options to confirm your servers integrity.
oh, and if you do manage to update your website too, and a 3rd party does a great job, and moves your DNS from say, Godaddy to CloudFlare, be sure to get the upgrade DNS login information to properly manage the email DNS configuration too as it changes.
Good luck and more to come...
