It is interesting to hear from colleagues that they are sometimes ghosted by their other business colleagues, and they don't know why. I say just move on about their lives and do not worry about it.
Ethics 101 says to keep the channel open and take the high road.
I wonder why people do that. I don't do that.
It is important to make sure people know what's going. Communication is #1.
Be sure to keep the channels open and healthy.
