Windows 10 v1903 reloads, driver download efficiency is awesome

I have a distinct feeling from the last three OS reloads of v1903, that something happened overnight that the driver updates for computers have been greatly improved.
If you do a lot of OS reloads, you will know what I mean. Instead of taking 5-10 minutes for Windows to locate a drivers on a reload, its like 3-5 seconds... amazing!!!
I have a feeling the new Linux folks recently joining Microsoft had something to do with helping Microsoft fix and figure out OEM driver acquisition over the Internet.
