Its now been 4 weeks and no social media. that is great!! feels great!
This reminds me when I stopped watching TV for nearly 2 years. I did that twice in my life and wow, how much time one gets back from wasteful focus.
however, i have fallen in love with YouTube channels like Modern Marvels, and a few NetFlix series, so out with the old and in with the new.
of course,
slashdot has always been a favorite to peruse and scan twice or thrice a day. one must stay informed of the important stuff that matters to those who are deeply pragmatically realists and not shallow in thought and action..
