ATT blocks too many AWS EC2 ip addresses automatically

AT&T is so weird in their IP blocks for source email senders. They just block just about everything if you are not a tier 1 email transport.  Whatever, that is why we are getting all customers as soon as possible off any and all AT&T services.
 
If AT&T would take the time to fix their broken services, then maybe they have a competitive chance.

You need to unblock this IP address please. Your email servers block way to many amazon AWS EC2 addresses automatically.
