There is a global crisis in the work place, called burn out.
It is primarily due to a lack of resources for a few who have to get so much done in order to keep up with the boss and their rat race goals and timelines.
So what do we do? Its not apparent in America yet, but overseas it is trending pretty quickly. From a lack of resources, rest, peace and harmony, will the great Internet Age collapse to something of a nuisance? I believe so!
What is to be gained. There are some benefits and some downsides.
We call it the work life balance, when if fact, that can be continued on to the life internet balance as well.
