Its July 31st and the end of the 2nd quarter, and the end of the fiscal year for some.
In terms of information technology, don't be doing major IT or IS changes in the midst of a reporting window and end of year and quarter.
Just make sure your backups are in place, do your communication, do your migration, review what you might have missed and finish and cleanup.
Internal reports and financial reporting should not be interrupted during these critical windows and times.
