a client of mine came in with a 2TB external drive that was spinning and not being readable.
she had Carbonite and the version that allowed external USB data devices to be included, yet when the drive had problems and then went to see her Carbonite recovery, the drive was not included.
why can't we just have external USB drives that are plugged into automatically added to the backup logic. just prompt the user like timemachine does, do you want to add this drive and include its contents...
easy solution and better for the user and the client happiness why they bought carbonite to begin with..
