It is so funny how parking enforcement and traffic patrols around the university can be so lazy and then just so mixed up in their priorities for those that live in the area.
I know the city tries, but really, do they? its okay. i won't live here forever, yet for nearly 16 years, I do have something to say about the neighborhood.
