Usability Failure - GDPR causing over a billion extra user involved mouse clicks per day

This is a little bit of a rant, but I am really tired of regulations and policies that are causing great health harms to our computing world.
The great General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) now ever prevalent across the EU, and America multi-national corporations are having to tell users we are tracking you.
How dumb! I know this is a litigious world, and to ask someone for permission to log their visit is just stupid.
MY POINT! -- This is causing an extra few billion clicks per day for everyone on the planet who surfs the Internet. It should not be the case. GDPR and every other regulated extra popup, notification and click should not exist for 80% to 99% of the Internet. The 1% where it belongs should be like "WARNING. Government property. You will be shot without question if you cross this line." That message is a pertinent warning to not mistaken.
GDPR to force every website to have a notification that you are here and will be tracked will just cause undue repetitive stress injury (RSI) impact; probably and already doing it.
GDPR, very stupid, like having to put up a sign on your property, "DO NOT TRESPASS" when in fact, everyone in the world knows better to DO NOT TRESPASS because that is not their property and while not always obvious, where the property line is, most can see if, know it, and only criminals usually violate it and children who accidentally are playing and not paying attention.
So we have 50+ extra lines of code per website in tons of variations (where were the UI standardization folks when this was required, not just the text but the location, relative ease to acknowledge, etc.)
GDPR just forces everyone acknowledge what has been known since 1993, to say:
"HEY! We have a log file with something in it that has your browser information at best, your location at best guess, and we are going to put a little file on your computer, not because we want to but by the way the Browsers and our Servers work to help you do stuff; we will try to not harm or hurt you while you visit we hope because we hope all our employees, subcontractors, vendors and intermediaries are all benevolent at all times who have created these things you are seeing and doing on our website. Peace out. Amen"
Back to my point, the number of extra clicks I have to deal with per day, just doubled per the number of websites I visit per day.
Stop the GDPR madness and just tell everyone in grade school, during sex education, during hunter firearm safety, during driving school, during military entrance, during graduation, during birth, and all the while to death, the Earth is watching and just presume everyone knows everything about you, and you can't control it, nor should you worry about it anymore. At the end of the day, it does not matter anyhow, unless you make it matter.
