Something I once shared with my team, how can you sell it if you have not tried it?
That applies to anything. If I like it, and I would and could buy it, then I can sell it.
I watch sales people all the time who have never known or used or tried their own products.
My success has been based on knowing my product thoroughly and knowing the service and support behind it with a solid guarantee. It works!!
