Politics is the workplace is an essential ingredient to the health of a business. Whether the politics are internal or external, a healthy balance of understanding and applying good common sense through the organization is essential.

 

Whether you are a business owner, some C-level in a company corporation, it's all the same.

 

Though the rule to be safe is simple, don't mix politics with business nor with pleasure, sometimes as you get older, sharing your wisdom can be beneficial if you are strong enough and people around you know you as a source of inspiration, results, fun and wisdom -- you can do it!
