Have you ever heard of crazy Mondays?! It's normal in any business that after a weekend everything that everyone needed to have done on Friday or over the weekend now lands on Monday and your phone messages and email box just fills up.
How do you handle it?
Absolutely block out your calendar. Make no appointments for that day. Keep your calendar clear.
If you have a conference call or follow-up brief meeting from something over the weekend or from Friday, that is fine..
