For over 1 year, we have seen this issue and disable driver signature enforcement was the solution. Windows and Microsoft just now released their confirmation of the issue and the resolution.

It's okay. We knew about it and just booted a few times and forced the crash repeatedly to get to the Automatically Repairing so we could Advance Troubleshoot and choose the disable driver signature enforcement and continue on..
