To many who have wondered about our sales and marketing strategy, its simple. Less is more, and keep it simple stupid. Don't kill yourself trying to make things happen. The path of least resistance is best while a ship headed into the wind does make us stronger though we yearn for calm seas and a bounty of plenty.

How are we going to bend with the forces and strike out and capture lightning? that is the question!

a little history lesson and timeliness will help you better understand.

Since 2006, Mountain Computers has been about helping people with computer problems.

We have shifted gears, about 5 times.. in 2007, 2010, 2012, 2014 and, 2017, and now in 2019.

2007 was first gear, 2010 was second gear, 2012 was 3rd gear, and 2014 back into second gear, and then 2017 we forced it into third gear, and realized, can we sustain that? Nope. Not in our current business model. We are breaking even, not growing and profiting. Our expenses equaled our income, and our debt as a little much.

So, in 2017, though we were in so called 3rd gear, we had to shed some, in order to grow some.

Now, in 2019, we are still in 3rd gear, but our burden is lighter and should be much lighter by 2020 and ready for a new journey.

So, what will come in 2020? Our business plan was 10 years starting in 2006, and revised in 4 years, and revisited in 2016, and now, ready for a final shift towards greatness.

How are we going to bend with the forces and strike out and capture lightning? that is the question!

more to come...
