Linux installs should include Fail2Ban installed and enabled by default

I wonder if Ubuntu ever considered having fail2ban as an install option installed and enabled by default because historically tighter by default is safer in the long run. all in favor? say aye #linux @IBMLinuxONE @Linux_Mint @openSUSE @linuxfoundation

i install fail2ban right away on all my Linux servers. its fun to do, and easy to do.
