If you ever scan a job opportunity and get to the bottom and read the last question and it is checking to see that you read it -- you're doing better than most. Here is a classic, just seen today by Hughes Capital.

Funny and classic way to ensure reviewers attention to detail and completeness. 😉 reminds me of the start test, read all questions before starting, and last question is if you got here, don’t complete test, punch a hole through your test in upper left corner with pencil, and place test face up with pencil laid on top and say you’re done.
