When it comes to analytics, this could be a major shift in how referrers are counted. HTTP_REFERER could be on the outs. Hyperlink auditing could be disabled by all and that will shift how we know where folks are coming from, and then again;
in the bricks and mortar world, when a car parks in the stores parking lot, one does not really know where they came from unless they are analyzing license plates.
