What are Full Stack Developers? They are some things and not others.
 
Are they familiar with client side languages, yup!
Are they familiar with server side languages, yup!
 
What about middle-ware? Do they know what that is? Fancy terms for knowing the integration piece. JSON, REST, etc.. maybe..
