Microsoft Survey - How Satisfied are you?

I just got the opportunity to fill out this survey sent by Jean-Philippe Courtois, EVP Microsoft sent to my azure account email address. Odd, but cool to gather some Q&A from not really a critic but professional evangelist of sorts.
The three questions were how much I like the following companies:
I answered great experience for each with the following three reasons, and only Microsoft I was able to expand upon, but I added these to my blog article for you to better understand my reasoning.
1. Microsoft. Excellent Windows, Office, Server, SQL, Visual Studio. All great products. A big A+. Azure a C-
2. Amazon. The AWS EC2 is amazing. I give it an A+, and Amazon Online store is pretty good. I give it a B+
3. Google. A big A+ as a search engine and email.
