He just overlooked a few things. Walt wrote a good article. In fact, his first article in Oct 1991 was in fact around the same time he and I first met at Microsoft.

Well, we did not meet, we sort wanted to meet but did not because I was focused on helping a customer on the telephone rather than meeting him and shaking his hand. Darn it. Anyhow, he actually said the noble of me to focus on the customer rather than meet a celebrity.
Walt wrote a good article and forgot two things: the ethics in computers should not be overlooked when it comes to a computer making peoples lives easier and better. It actually just helps us process more data however we like rather than with pencil and paper.
