Back in 2016, I reached out to the execs and owners at Paul Costelloe, mens tailored clothes, and said they should consider setting up shop in Reno Nevada. They asked for a pro forma business plan and I provided that. I proposed near David's Bridal and the place near Ulta was located for S. Reno and central to freeway signage.
Maybe I was premature in the ask, but the plan was solid. In America, the Paul Costelloe brand was not yet recognized but I knew it was there. The history, tailoring, style and design was impeccable. Just in during that time frame the organization was branching out worldwide and going into Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and nowhere near the US.
Probably because no one had approached them yet. Alas, the time will come when they cozy up to 5th Avenue, Rodeo Drive, and the others but for now, they remain across the pond.
check out their line up @ Austin Reed. For some reason the Paul Costelloe line was on their own and now under this brand and moniker and of course their original website.
