Aurora Alienware mobo model 04VWF2 SATA II or III

So, my alienware aurora that I repaired about 6 months ago, here I drop in a firecuda 2TB and performance seems to be okay, better, but i do performance test and the results are 2872 and 2767 respectiveless, like in the 66% percentile, very slow. what could it mean?
guess what? did you ever expect the alienware aurora to be SATA II and not SATA III.
here I put in 2TB Firecuda SATA III drive, and then an SSD 500GB.
hmmmm.. ps. put in a highpoint 2 port sata III controller. AP 620... let's see.
