Succession planning is very important. It is like an exit strategy and sunset plan for each on of us who has been in their career for 30+ years. The strategy and tactics for each business owner is different. For me, I will continue to a part of a great legacy yet succession hand-off is important and gives one the Pay it Forward and Back.
If you are like me, the journey has been great. You need to know when to close another chapter or book of life and be thankful to those that helped you along the way and hand them off carefully to your protege and successors.
