Windows tail command using PowerShell

The tail command is one of my most favorite commands when doing text file review and testing.
in the ole days, just type tail {filename} and voila!
now in the new days, just type at the Power Shell prompt PS>Get-Content {filename} -tail 10
Get-Content [path\to\textfile.txt] -tail 10
Seems pretty easy and not too hard.
One can monitor the last lines being add by changing the command slightly:
Get-Content [path\to\textfile.txt] -wait
