Being in the midst of an l10n of LibreOffice from English to Tagalog is amazing.

While I have looked for existing dictionary 1-to-1 existing dictionaries is fun, yet arduous (REF 1)

Don't give up, pace oneself, and build a local US and in-country team as quickly as possible (REF 2).
