I was analyzing the latest updates in LibreOffice 24.2.2.2 and noticed one language that I am learning is not listed; Tagalog (Filipino) and dialects Illocano and others of the Philippine country.

Therefore, I started my quest two days ago to pursue the background, status, and history of a localization project for LibreOffice and any dictionaries. It appears in the past in 2002 through 2005, and then 2015, and 2018 there was some chatter and postings on the Internet regarding it.

Stay tuned as I continue my inquiry.
