SQL programming continues...slow is smooth, smooth is fast

My work in Microsoft SQL continues this weekend. I am working on a few projects and though its been a few months since I was in the deep end of the SQL programming pool, it comes back quickly.
The cool part of my testing is that my 2TB storage device is an NVMe m.2280 from Samsung which is super fast for SQL heaving processing and huge lifting of records updates and inserts. While I love speed, accuracy must be first achieved and verified even at a slow speed, then one can turn up the speed to ensure data integrity and processing efficiency.
The ole saying...
"Slow is smooth, smooth is fast” comes from special operators in the military. Only by going slowly and ensuring they are doing things correctly can they perform any tasks with an efficient amount of speed.
There is attribution to that quote.
