On August 2nd, 2023 - Microsoft released a few Windows 10/11 patches that caused the GGPCTU utility to fail to register serialization and payment gateway.
The 32/64 bit windows API we use was somehow blocked or terminated, and has not been deprecated. Yet, to keep the trucks rolling, we removed the serialization check and payment gateway verification check, and allow the software to just be downloaded, installed and run.
